INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICE
Tailored to You
The initial briefing meeting, between Designer and Client, to discuss the scope of a proposed project is conducted free of charge. Any further work or consultations where a complete scheme is being designed and discussed are invoiced at £500 (incl Vat) per room, £3000 (incl Vat) for a whole house (3 bedrooms max) and £3500 (incl Vat) for a whole house (4 or 5 bedrooms). For a residential property with more than 5 bedrooms or for commercial work, please call to discuss.
For the aforementioned fees we produce floor plans, 2d elevations, concept boards and estimated costings.
Most Clients also choose to add on the 3d visualisation package which is available for an additional charge (see below).
3D VISUALISATION SERVICE
Drawing the Dream
We will take your architect's drawings and produce 3d visuals and video walk throughs of your new space(s). We charge £1200.00 (incl Vat) to create the model. Small updates as the designs develop are included free of charge. Large scale additions or changes such as incorporating a kitchen design are charged at £120 per hour (incl. Vat)
CURTAIN, BLIND AND REUPHOLSTERY ESTIMATES
Locally Made
Curtain, Blind and Re-Upholstery Estimates - free of charge and involve taking measurements, giving advice on fabrics and the provision of fabric samples where appropriate.
ON SITE DESIGN ADVICE
Difficult Decisions?
If you would like an interior designer on site at any time during your build, or to discuss any aspect of the aesthetics within your existing home, then we charge the following rates:

Site Visit - £120 (incl Vat) per hour
Daily Rate on site £600 (incl Vat)
Weekly Rate on site (5 days ) £3000 (incl Vat)

For site visits we do not charge for our travelling time but we do charge for mileage if the site is further than 20 miles from our office. Mileage is charged at 45p per mile.
